Supporters Club Single Membership

Proof of membership is required each time you visit the Club. This is a Queensland Government – Liquor Licensing regulation, so please assist our reception staff by having the appropriate ID and your membership card available. The Sunshine Beach Surf Club 12 month social membership year begins on the date that you have joined or renewed your membership. If you have not renewed your membership at this time, we will forward a renewal form and your membership status will be deemed un-financial until such time that your membership is renewed. This is a Surf Club social membership and does not bestow voting rights. The Surf Club Sunshine Beach is committed to safeguarding the privacy of the personal information you have supplied on this form. The club will use the personal information to process your membership application and to provide facilities and services to you. The club will be unable to offer you membership or access to facilities and services if you do not supply the required personal information. The club may also use your personal information for related purposes or for direct marketing communications with you (please contact reception should you wish to “opt out” of same). You may access, update and amend your personal information at any time by making a written request to the club. If you have a privacy complaint, the club has implemented procedures to resolve it in an effective manner.
